Planning Your First Visit
Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 24 business hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment while keeping the deposit on file for a future visit.
- Same-day cancellations (within 24 business hours) or no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited and unable to be applied to another appointment.
Late Policy
Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes past your appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule, which will require a deposit of $80.50 to go towards your newly scheduled visit.
Before Your First Appointment
At least 24 business hours in advance, we ask all new clients to:
- Complete the New Client Form and Pre-Appointment Exam Questionnaire
- Email any previous medical records or history to info@lyndaleanimalhospital.com.
